Angry Birds is a physics-based casual game developed by Rovio Mobile. It's a strategy game involving birds(angry ones) and pigs. Though this game was first released for Apple's iOS, it's popularity led to versions of Angry Birds being created for
other touchscreen-based smartphones, PCs and gaming consoles.
In the game, the birds has to defeat the pigs to retrieve eggs that have been taken by a group of green pigs.
On each level, the pigs are sheltered by structures made of materials such as wood, ice and stone. Using a catapult (slingshot), players launch the birds with the intent of either hitting the pigs directly or damaging the structures, causing them to collapse and eliminate the pigs. Each level starts with the number, types, and order of birds pre-determined. In order to complete the level, all of the pigs has to be defeated by the time the last bird is used. Players have to use logic, skill, and brute force to crush the enemy pigs.
There are several different types of birds used in the game. Some birds are effective against particular materials, and some have special abilities that may be activated by the player while the bird is airborne. For example, a yellow bird can increase its speed, a blue bird can separate into three small birds, a black bird explodes, and a white bird can drop explosive eggs. The pigs themselves also appear in different sizes. While small pigs are relatively weak and are easily destroyed either by direct hits or by debris from the damaged structures, larger pigs are able to sustain more damage. In addition, some pigs wear helmets as armor, making them even more resistant to damage; pigs with crowns or moustaches can take the most damage.
Points are scored for each pig defeated as well as for destruction of structures and bonus points are awarded for any unused birds.
It's a fun game and if you learned the physics (or even not) behind it's development, you will surely be able to retrieve all of the eggs stolen by the enemy pigs.

Fruit ninjas is a highly addictive, fun game about a ninja who hates fruit and has to slice it. It is a casual game developed by Halfbrick Studios. It's hard to imagine that such a simple game concept could be so addictive, but this game pulls it off much like Angry Birds does. I do play this most of the times. Using an arsenal of colorful and stylish blades you have to slice as much fruit as possible. But you have to be aware of flying bombs that show up from time to time.
Learning to play this game is easy and the gameplay is smooth: just swipe your finger across the screen to slice apples, watermelons, bananas, coconuts, and other fruits as fast as you can and collect the points. Don't miss to slice even a single fruit else you will run out of lives. Slicing mangoes sometimes gets you critical points. Slicing multiple fruits at a time gets you combo points. Whenever the pomegranate shows up slice as multiple times as you can to get maximum hits. I have got maximum hit of 33. And of all, beware of the bombs that show up time to time. Though in this game, you do nothing but slice fruits, which is sometimes quite boring, it's really fun when you play with friends, colleagues competing to beat one other's score.
The Graphics and Sound is nice. There are variety of multiplayer modes across the fruit ninja world. So you can go online and slice as many fruits as you can to beat the best of the best scores locally or globally. The game has leaderboards and achievements too. You can also enter dojo of the wise ninja sensei to hone your deadly fruit-slaying skills if you wish to.
There are three modes.
In classic mode, you just keep playing until you run out of lives or slash a bomb.
This mode is best to play on. You can also unlock different swords and backgrounds in this mode which is pretty cool.
In the arcade mode, there is a time limit, but if you miss a fruit or slash a bomb you don't lose lives or have your game end. Slicing a bomb decreases your point. There are fruits which enables cool stuffs like freeze and slow down time.
Zen mode is like arcade, but there are no bombs and you get more time to play.
