Some Docks that i like to have on my Desktop

7 Taskbar Tweaker

Although the Windows 7 Taskbar is a sleek way to view and access your applications, it does not meet up all your requirements when it comes to customizing the toolbar on your own. So if you want more control over your buttons and thumbnail, try out Windows 7 Taskbar Tweaker. I came to know about this application recently and this tool has proved to be an effective tool for me, saving efforts and time (though even in seconds). 7 Taskbar Tweaker is an application that will offer you the liberty to
customize your Windows 7 taskbar.

It enables you to tweak the size of your Taskbar buttons as well as the size of the preview fun mails. Among other things, you can define how applications are grouped, customize left click actions, disable thumbnail previews, set a double-click action for empty space on the taskbar (e.g. Show desktop) and force the combining of grouped items. It also allows you to remove gaps between the taskbar items saving much space. This program also includes a Taskbar Inspector, a small tool that lets you manage all your current taskbar items.

7 Taskbar Tweaker is easy to install and use and is a very light program. Install it in seconds and just log off or restart your computer to set your changes and your whole set. Run the application and start customizing and see changes in your toolbar in seconds. However, due to it's behavior (since it plays with system files), some anti-virus programs will alert you of a potential threat! Just ignore it.

7 Taskbar Tweaker is divided into three sections.
Taskbar items: control taskbar items related stuff, like middle/right clicking, hovering, dropping etc.
Grouping and combining: disable grouping, allow to drag windows between groups, force/disable combining, etc.
Other taskbar options: mouse wheel options, double/middle clicking on the empty space of the taskbar, and misc.

"Fences" are shaded icon groupings on the desktop. The purpose of this tool is to help you clearly organize your desktop. Fences was created by Jeff Bargmann of Stardock Corporation.

Basic use
Drag desktop icons into the fenced areas to have them join that icon grouping.

Create new fences by drawing a square on your desktop using the right mouse button.
Fence areas can be moved and resized by grabbing their edge.

Label a fence by right clicking it and choosing "Rename Fence."
Remove a fence by right clicking it and choosing "Remove Fence".

Quick Tips
To help make your desktop not appear cluttered, DOUBLE CLICK THE DESKTOP to have all of the desktop icons QUICK-HIDE. Double click the desktop again to reveal the hidden icons.

Hold the WINDOWS KEY and press the letter "D" to get QUICK ACCESS TO THE DESKTOP.
Press that key combination a 2nd time to restore the windows you were working with.

Your fences will automatically scale when you switch screen resolutions, in order to preserve your icon layout. If you change resolutions often, make use of the setting in "More Tools" to have your fences' layout be stored individually pre-screen-resolution.
